You can buy extra data on our nRF Cloud for your existing Ibasis SIM, or you can contact Ibasis directly to purchase another SIM, or you can ask another carrier that operates LTE-M or Nb-IoT in your area for a SIM card.

I am in the market for a new iBasis Sim Card where can I purchase one?

What application is running on the Thingy91? Is it Asset Tracker v2? If not, please program the Asset Tracker v2 and provide the debug log. You could use the pre-compile images with debug, then you could get the device log with the Serial Terminal tool.

The issue I am having is that once i connect the iBasis Sim Card the indicator leds flash red (error) and the device is not discovered when connected to the cellular monitor app

What sim card are you using? Is it iBasis? If so, there is no expiration date unless you run out of data usage. Then, you need to buy another one.

What is the firmware on the Thingy91? I would suggest you program the Asset Tracker v2 with the pre-compiled images to see if you can connect to nRF Cloud

or not. I would suggest Updating the Thingy:91 firmware and check it again.

I order the thingy a long time ago could there be a expiration date with the sim card and if possible where can I purchase another
