Sorry, I had a lot going on coming back from a trade show. I don't get those errors anymore, but I get frequent disconnects and trouble pairing sometimes. So I fixed that issue, but now I have the other. RSSI is good (-65), so I don't know why I'm getting the pairing failed messages and the frequent disconnects.

I didn't know about stack sentinel. I'll try that. Something I'm going to test now, I think my stack sizes could be too high, so the opposite, as I used to get messages of ble rx buffer being full, which I don't get anymore. So it could be stack overflowing before the rx buffer even fills

Hi Abraham,

I thought that the issue was trigger by applying the git patch you mentioned in the main text. But then you are still getting the hardfault without the git patch. So what changed from the instance that you were not getting any hardfaults to suddently getting this hardfault?

Is it possible that your application grew when you added new features and you need to increase the stack sizes for some threads?

Check if you have any stack overflows in your application by enabling stack sentinel and using thread analyzer

I lowered the rate of sending hid reports and there's a new error now. UsageFault in sysworkq, no call stack:

I tried setting the system workqueue stack size very large, didn't work.
