Hi,

I believe this needs to be addressed in zephyr's asan implementation to work, regardless of gcc / clang as the compiler. I would recommend that you ask in the zephyr community.

Hi,

Zephyr has support for ASAN (https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/zephyr/boards/posix/native_sim/doc/index.html#address-sanitizer-asan), which uses sanitize=address.

=thread produces linker/compiler issues (and requires 64 bit build target, it seems).

sanitize=thread is listed as a beta feature in the llvm suite, and I would recommend that you ask in zephyr's channels about this feature.
