I see, so it's not the nRF52 itself but something external that is not in the correct state after the power cycle.

If you're using the Softdevice then you can use sd_nvic_SystemReset

Hi there,

This sounds very strange, as evident by the log in your screenshot the Read operation performs a reset in the end. Have you tried resetting your device and see if that helps? Have you routed out the reset pin on your custom board?

Could you specify what peripherals that isn't working after the power supply and exactly how they are failing?
