I followed the `Installing J-Link in a Container` procedure and did not encounter any errors.
After running `/opt/SEGGER/JLink/JLinkExe -autoconnect 1 -device nrf52832 -if swd -speed 12000`.
`Connecting to J-Link via USB. .FAILED: Cannot connect to J-Link.` and could not connect to J-Link.

Could be that you don't have USB support in your container. As mentioned by Segger here, https://wiki.segger.com/J-Link_Docker_Container , "In order to add a container with usb support --privileged mode needs to be used"

You can download nrfjprog from here: https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-tools/nrf-command-line-tools/

Do you find the device with using "nrfjprog -i" ?
