I flashed the hex file in bootloader region but my device didnt work (I cant see DfuTarg

RE: why DFU mode not entered after flashing softdevice and bootloader

thansk a lot, I changed SOFTDEVICE_HANDLER_APPSH_INIT(NRF_CLOCK_LFCLKSRC_XTAL_20_PPM, true);by SOFTDEVICE_HANDLER_INIT(NRF_CLOCK_LFCLKSRC_RC_250_PPM_4000MS_CALIBRATION, false); and it works fine now

RE: why DFU mode not entered after flashing softdevice and bootloader

@makouda:
Sorry that I didn't notice you already configured the RAM.

You can try to run the bootloader in debug mode and step through the code to see what goes wrong. To know how to configure the bootloader to work in debug mode, please have a look at question F in this FAQ.

Another thing you would need to check is if your board has the 32kHz crystal or not. The bootloader by default use the 32kHz external crystal.
Did the board work with other examples ?

RE: why DFU mode not entered after flashing softdevice and bootloader

could any file .map or .lst of bootloader give you more informations?

RE: why DFU mode not entered after flashing softdevice and bootloader

I did exacly as said in the answer but still not working, please see the updated picture of RAM addresses. any help please

RE: why DFU mode not entered after flashing softdevice and bootloader

Hi Makouda,
