&lt;p&gt;Connect the GND to the GND on the expansion board. Then take the VOUT from the PPK2 and connect it to the &amp;quot;top&amp;quot; connector on P2 on the expansion board (top connector when &amp;quot;P2&amp;quot; is written the correct orientation). Then connect VIN to the bottom connector on P2 on the expansion board. Then you can use the PPK to measure the current on the nRF5340 on the Thingy.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I must admit that I have not tried it, but you should be able to measure the different parts of the Thingy using the expansion board.&lt;/p&gt;
