I'm sorry to bring up this issue again, but I still hope to receive your help
Obtain a response from Gemin stating that they do not provide technical support for Nordic's SDK
My questions have been reorganized and summarized as follows：

Channels are independant, so if you are not able to have one or two channel active at the same time, then the first I would have doubled checked is that the configuration is correctly setup for both channels. Make sure you set the channel to use the right parameters (including the correct network key and other channel parameters for the specific channel number) before you open the channel. Example from the ANT Message Protocol and Usage document show you can setup a channel:

Have in mind that if you are opening a slave channel, then the search priority may affect other channels while you are searching. So, make sure you have read the ANT channel search application note on https://www.thisisant.com/developer/resources/downloads/#documents_tab , so you understand that searching may affect other channels. Make sure you understand the difference between High Priority (HP) and Low Priority (LP) search, e.g. see DEFAULT_ANT_SEARCH_CONFIG() in the nRF5 SDK for reference.

If things doesn't work as you expect, then my suggstion would be to try to simplify the application, I don't really see how this should not work. For instance look at how examples\ant\ant_multi_channels example does this.

This should ensure that there are no issues with the system and channel configuration.
