Unfortunately, it doesn't look like the trace captures the issue.

While I can decode it fine, and can see a lot of AT commands being sent, I can't see the device connecting to a network and try to connect to nRF Cloud.

Could you try to capture another trace, where the connection attempt to nRF Cloud is included?

I'm sorry, that's a typo. I send AT+COPS=1,2,"22801",9.

I tried building the software with an older toolchain and it gives me the same results. However, the software built with the older toolchain replies much faster on the AT commands. I see that when observing the serial terminal when I'm using the cellular monitor and refresh the dashboard. I can only see the data changing in the dashboard when using the software built with the older toolchain.

I used toolchain version 2.5.2 and 2.4.3. Both build configurations and prj.conf are the same.

It looks like you have a " too much in that command.

Are you sure the command is correctly formatted?

Hi Didrik,

Thanks for the fast answer. As I was using the prebuilt asset tracker hex file, I needed to set up the development environment and build the software with the changes. After two days trying, I managed to get a hex file and flash it to the thingy. However, if I send the 'AT+COPS=1,2,"22801",9'' command now, it looks like the controller stops replying on AT commands. It still gives the usual updates and recognizes button presses.

Hi,

It could be that your network does not support ePCO. Could you try to enable legacy PCO support instead?

You can enable legacy PCO support by setting these options in your prj.conf:

CONFIG_PDN=y

CONFIG_PDN_LEGACY_PCO=y

If that does not work, could you take a modem trace?
