Hello,

What difficulties you have been facing? Could you please tell details? You can connect sensor through SPI or I2C peripheral. Based on your sensor datasheet you can select which node of these peripheral you would like to connect for your sensor. If there exists overlapping pin you can enable or disable them from overlay file.

The dev academy course link I showed in my previous reply couple of months ago, you may look at for knowing details.

Still working on this ? Maybe we could work on it together; I've been trying to achieve the same thing (accept for with the nRF52832) for several months now. Please let me know where you're at in the development.

You can start looking at the dev academy course https://academy.nordicsemi.com/courses/nrf-connect-sdk-fundamentals/lessons/lesson-6-serial-com-i2c/ to know how sensors can be connected to DK. That would be good start.
