Thank you for helping but I've figured out the issue. mcuboot did not have the DCDC and LFCLOCK configurations. Adding those to the mcuboot.conf file fixed my issue.

Thank you for the response. I've attached the build files.

I have tried debug mode and was in an idle thread it seemed like. I had breakpoints for the first few lines in main but never reached them. I also have mcuboot configured for dfu, but like I had mentioned it did work with dev kit.

Could you share your build/zephyr/.config file and build/zephyr/zephyr.dts file? Just .zip them into an archive and upload to this thread.

It does sound like the firmware is not booting up properly. Have you tried to enter debug mode and see if the firmware is stuck somewhere or if it at all reaches main()?
