In the dts file, the GPIO is used with a "fixed-regulator" node. I've confirmed that this same GPIO is set high on the dev kit, but when I flash the custom board it does not go

RE: nRF52840 Custom Board does not seem to work

Thank you for helping but I've figured out the issue. mcuboot did not have the DCDC and LFCLOCK configurations. I've attached the build files.

I have tried debug mode and was in an idle thread it seemed like. I had breakpoints for the first few lines in main but never reached them. I also have mcuboot configured for dfu, but like I had mentioned it did work with dev kit.

Could you share your build/zephyr/.config file and build/zephyr/zephyr.dts file? Just .zip them into an archive and upload to this thread.
On top of the regulator GPIO not toggling, UART is also not working. It communicates via USB through an FTDI chip. The FTDI chip is working and can communicate with a configuration program, but no output is occurring.

The board has power (3.3v) and the reset line is set high. I can detect and flash the board, and read back the flash contents but nothing else. Not sure what else to look into as a reason why the chip does not seem to respond. Any help would be appreciated.
It does sound like the firmware is not booting up properly. Have you tried to enter debug mode and see if the firmware is stuck somewhere or if it at all reaches main()?

Kind regards,
