on that which file i want to download for nRF51 DK kit.

Because i got the error JlinkARM.dll is not correctly installed. please run the nRF Tools installer to install the newest version.

Download this from SEGGER and install it. This contains the JLinkARM.dll that keil and other tools require for flashing/debugging devices when using a SEGGER debugger.

When you install it, it should see that you have keil installed and give you an option to update the JLinkARM.dll that keil uses. Make sure you select this option so the newly installed software is used by keil (and any other IDEs that it detects installed on your computer).
