Hello,

Yes, nRF9160 supports eSim; take a look at the SIM and eSIM sections inside the product specification. I recommend you connect with your distributor or RSM to get an idea of which provider is best to use in your area. AFAIK, connecting eSIM to the cloud is the same as that of a physical SIM. I recommend you go through the nRF cloud section to get a better understanding of this. I am also attaching an old thread that discusses eSim and nRF clouds.

Yes I'm trying different cloud account in same device,so as you it's not possible connect different nRF cloud account,ok I deleted the account and added my account.But my main issue is I'm working on two board one in US pc using remote access there we have iBasis sim i connected to LTE .But in India we have nRF9160DK board here ibasis it's bandwidth is not supported.few peoples suggest to buy NB-IOT supported sim in india.so in india Airtel and jio providing those services,so how i can get that sim here ,and i don't have knowledge about e-sim people using iphone are using e-sim they don't insert it in mobile and but they are accessing location details how's it possible?.is it possible to use that e-sim in nRF board without inserting sim.Then how we can connect that esim to our nRF cloud .coud please say it detaily.

Hello,

Are you trying to connect from India? While looking at the iBasis website, I see there is no coverage for iBasis in India. Please confirm this with the SIM card provider.

Could you elaborate a little on this? Like, what do you mean by multiple users here? Are you trying to add a development kit or Thingy91 (please share which Nordic chip or board you are using here) to a different nRF cloud account? If so, I don't think it's possible. I think you need to remove the device from one account before adding it to another.

yes i followed all the instructions and try to connect .I'm using iBasis Sim. I had one doubt in one board multiple users can connect or not. Because in this board already one person connects his cloud and working in my same board.

Hello,

Have you followed all the steps mentioned here? I also recommend you go through the fundamental cellular course to get a better idea of the nRF cloud. Could you tell me which Nordic device and SIM card you are using here?
