Is for nRF5 SDK. It's the legacy SDK that has been discontinued. The only SDK that support nRF53 is the nRF Connect SDK.

To do DFU for nRF53, I would suggest to get started with testing DFU with UART before you move to USB.

It's located at \zephyr\samples\subsys\mgmt\mcumgr\smp_svr in nRF Connect SDK.

After you are familiar with UART DFU, you can start using overlay-cdc.conf to use USB CDC instead of UART.
