I have followed the instructions on nordicsemi.com/start9160dk. When I use Quick Start it can&amp;#39;t find the dev. kit . The dev. kit itself has power. There are 5 leds blinking. &lt;p&gt;Then I assume the 5th led blinking is the one close to the interface MCU, this indicate a problem with connection to the PC. Are you sure you are using a cable with data lines (not just for charging).&lt;/p&gt;
