i am facing the same problem.I tried above solution provided by you but still same thing is happening.I am using NRF52 SDK 11.0.0.kindly help me to resolve this issue.

This seems to be the same as https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/question/54153/nrf52-sdk-compiling-fail-with-keil/. 1) Device Family Pack that is incompatible with the SDK. SDK 9.0.2 is compatible with DeviceFamilyPack 8.0.3. The following will solve;

Remove device family packs above 8.0.3 from Device Specific/NordicSemiconductor::nRF_DeviceFamilyPack by Pack Installer.(If 8.2.0 is installed, you will remove it)
Remove RTE folder
Rebuild

This problem caused by unmatched version of your device files and the Keil packs. Remove include paths "components\device" and "components\toolchain" from options of targets of your project, and try to build again.
