For Netcore, these Pins are used for RTS(P0.11) and CTS(P0.10) pin. So, yes. If you want to use thee for other pin you have to add overlay file for these.

That means we need to modify our original pin configuration right?

Is there any documentation regrding this issue?

Additionally, could you kindly clarify whether the boot loader still controls these pins (P0.10, P0.11, and P0.19) even after we disable?

Hello Krishna,

You can try to use different pins which are not used for specific peripherals.

Actually, there is no particular error code, We probed that particular pins observed that that is not working.

Hello,

When the interface MCU receives a Data Terminal Ready (DTR) signal from a terminal, it performs automatic Hardware Flow Control (HWFC) detection. CTS flow control provides an indication to the host to stop sending serial data to the device. RTS flow control allows the host to signal the device to not send data in the serial transmit buffer out the UART

UART flow control pin is optional. But here you are using pin numbers what has already been used for other peripherals.

This is from devite tree file of app core.

You can create overlay file if you want to use same pins for SPI2 CS(P0.11) and MOSI(P0.09).

Can you show me the error log of your application?
