Yes, we have the exact some problem. We have two windows 11 PCs and open command prompt from toolchain manager does nothing on both systems. We are running NCS 2.5.1 and Toolchain manager 1.3.0. We did as nick suggested and uninstalled Toolchain manager 1.3.0 and installed version 1.2.6 and now it is working fine.

Thank you for your input. I still am not able to replicate this, even wit Toolchain Manager v1.3.0. Nevertheless I will pass this on to the team. 🙂

I found the problem ( at least on my win machine). It is Toolchain Manager v 1.3.0. As soon as I uninstalled it and install 1.2.5 everything is OK
