The programmer app has been tested and verified only with v7.88j. Ideally, nrfjprog and the Programmer app should be aligned to the same J-Link version, but they are not at the moment. But are you facing any issues when you try to flash your device with nrfjprog or with the programmer app?

I can run nrfprog from /opt/nrf-command-line-tools/bin. But I have nothing from nrf connect for desktop, I can't see in toolchain manager command lines is it normal?

Hi,

Did you try to use nrfjprog after you installed it? You don't need to run 'sudo apt install /opt/nrf-command-line-tools/JLink_Linux_V794E-x86_64.deb --fix-broken' if you already have installed the Jlink dependency.
