Hi,
It may have something to do with the phone that it may cache the advertising data. You may want to turn off and on Bluetooth on the phone/PC, just in case.

Ok very weird I flashed on my custom firmware, wasn't showing up. Flashed an example firmware, it started showing up in provisioning screen. Reflashed the custom firmware and it started showing up again 🤷

nrfjprog --recover                                                                                                                                                                  ─╯
Recovering device. This operation might take 30s.
Erasing user code and UICR flash areas.
Writing image to disable ap protect.

Hi Josh,
The eraseall command should be able to erase the whole chip, including the provisioning data.
Could you try again with nrfjprog --recover ?
