What did you program on the nRF? I don't understand much of the HCI log. It looks like you are programming the nRF with the HCI sample from Zephyr. Unfortunately, this is neither written nor maintained by us. If you have questions for it, or need help to get it working, I am afraid you need to reach out to Zephyr.

If I knew what the issue was, I would of course tell you, but I am not familiar with this sample either, and since our samples doesn't use the HCI interface actively, I am not familiar with this protocol either.

These two are logs that I captured with my phone for normal connections, namely Nordic dongle and WCH dongle

Our client is developing a Linux app to connect to Dongle.

Our client has two dongles, one is the Nordic dongle and the other is the WCH dongle. They can now connect to the WCH dongle normally, but Nordic dongle cannot connect properly. In addition, the logs btmon nrf52833. pcap and btmon ck_chip. pcap are output from the Linux app

I am not sure exactly what you are trying to do.

What did you program on the nRF Dongle? Is it the HCI sample? Are you trying to use the dongle as a generic BLE dongle? (HCI dongle)?

What other chip can connect normally?

I am not sure what I am looking at in your .pcapng sniffer traces. The "dongle connect.pcapng" uses an encrypted connection, so I am not able to see what it does.

The "nrf dongle connect.pcapng" doesn't disconnect. It remains connected until the end of the sniffer trace. But is it not doing something that you want it to do? Or did you stop the sniffer trace before they disconnected?
