I'm currently developing a project that involves combining LoRa and maybe NB-IoT technologies. For this purpose, I've already been utilizing an nRF52840 microcontroller. In my quest to expand the system, I've come across the RAK4630

RE: RAK4630 Seeking Insights

We use this overlay on nce-zepyhr-downstream

Hopefully someone can comment on the LoRa module you are interested in, but in general you can find the supported devices in zephyr in this list: https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/zephyr/build/dts/api/bindings.html

The supported devices is typically added by manufacturers themselves, or possible by developers that add support for a module in their own design.

For instance there are several LoRa modems in the above list already, including for instance the Semtech SX1262 used in the amazon sidewalk example:
https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Technologies/Amazon-Sidewalk
https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/nrf/protocols/amazon_sidewalk/index.html
