We have developed a nrf5340 custom board powered 1.8 V. So we cannot use the nordic DK board to program it.
I would like to know if there is an interface other than Segger J-Link to program our custom board.
And in a second case, is there

RE: Any other way to program nrf5340 than Segger JLink

Hi
I would like to know if there is an interface other than Segger J-Link to program our custom board.
Officially, we only support Segger programmers. See https://www.segger.com/products/debug-trace-probes/ and https://www.segger.com/products/flasher-in-circuit-programmer/.
Our Developement Kits have On-Board programmers as well. There is not list of which DKs can program which DKs, but the rule of thumb is "A DK should be able to program older types", for example meaning that the nRF5340DK should be able to program the NRF52840.

Then for devices in the field, you have DFU and OTA, but that is another story.

Low cost production programming of the nRF5340 is now available. It can parallel flash multiple boards at once.

It is available at mouser https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/I-SYST/CS-BLYST-08?qs=T3oQrply3y%252BhSfpc3hK%2FLg%3D%3D

Parallel flashing software download here https://sourceforge.net/projects/idaplinkfirmware/files/

Some of our Developement Kits have support for 1.8V, and can be used to program 1.8V external board. I think this would be the nRF9160DK or nRF7002DK, but I recommend that you check product specifications for the DKs to be certain.
