Electrical connectivity between schematic component pins can be created by placing a wire between those pins. This is called physical connectivity since the pins are physically connected with a wire. Connectivity also can be created logically by using suitable net identifiers, such as net labels. As well as providing a human-friendly identifier for a net, a net label allows you to connect points on a circuit without actually physically wiring them together.

I mean the physical connection between Interface MCU and Nrf5340 soc, i can't see any wire connection between them

I can see them on the picture you shared when you started the case, look for "IMCU_".

It's just to avoid an external programmer/debugger, once programmed the nRF5340 will run whatever program is programmed.

Hi Kenneth thank you , but is it mandatory to use Interface MCU on the customers board ? or nrf5340 standalone it could work without any problem

Thank you for providing clarification. Before we proceed to close the ticket, could you kindly address the following two questions:

1. Considering that I do not intend to utilize this circuit on my board for current measurement purposes, what potential repercussions might arise if this circuit were omitted? Would the board still be able to power up successfully?

2. What would be the consequence on my board if I were to remove the component enclosed within the black box in the schematic? Specifically, does this component have any significant impact on the board's ability to power up?

3. Does this board incorporate a charging circuit? If so, which specific component or section fulfills this function?

For all new nRF DK's there is an on-board debugger used to program and debug the actual nRF device that the DK is made for. This on-board debugger/programmer (sometimes referred to as the interface MCU) is by coincidence also an nRF5340, so for the nRF5340-DK there is an nRF5340 used to program and debug an nRF5340.

Thank you Kenneth my second question is , what are the difference between these 2 USB circuit ?? i have tried to connect the nRF USB (J3) but my board is not going on but once connect the USB on port J2 it is powered on. what are the difference between these 2 USB port

There is no difference, it's only a difference in how the chips are packaged (e.g. size of reel):
