 We&amp;#39;re using secure bootloader example for BLE based DFU of our nRF52840 based custom board employing nRF5 SDK 17.1.0 and S140 SoftDevice (7.3.0). &lt;p&gt;The issue&amp;nbsp;occurs because the bootloader copy routine in the MBR does not return execution to the bootloader until after the copying process is complete, and during this time, you will not have control over the GPIO configuration.
