&lt;p&gt;I Have just seen this post.I am using NRf52 in system ON sleep mode(__WFE();__SEV();__WFE();) and RTC using BMD300 Rigado evaluation kit. Here i am getting current consumption of 12.9uA. Can you suggest me why this large current

&lt;p&gt;System ON, no RAM retention + RTC + LFRC =  1.2uA +  0.1uA + 0.6uA = &lt;strong&gt;1.9uA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If need RAM to be retained in System On mode you have to add an additional 20nA per 4kB RAM block that is used.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
