&lt;p&gt;Python dependencies are those mentioned inside &lt;a href="https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-latest/page/zephyr/develop/getting_started/index.html#get_zephyr_and_install_python_dependencies"&gt;the getting started guide&lt;/a&gt;. There is a&lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/100164/vs-code-extension---west-flash-fails-from-missing-python-dependencies"&gt; thread with a similar issue&lt;/a&gt;; could you take a look and see if any of the suggestions mentioned inside the thread help you?&lt;/p&gt;
