Hello,

Are you behind a proxy network? This might be the cause of the issue. Was it working before (with old versions of programmer and NRF Connect desktop)? I have asked this internally to get a better insight into this issue.

Please expect some delay in response as it is Easter vacation here in Norway and we are only very few working these days. Sorry if this creates any inconvenience.

Hello,

Yes it is the programmer app (4.3.0) within the nRF Connection (4.4.1). I have uninstalled and reinstalled quite a few times actually.

This is all the verbose logging showed me:

Also I dont know if it matters but i am using a j-link from segger v.11

the software still does not recognize the j-link

What are the repercussions for using an older version?

Hello,

I tried the programmer V4.3.0, and it's working fine on my side. Is this issue only happening with the programmer app inside the nRF connection (v4.4.1)? Can you turn on verbose logs and share them here?

I also recommend that you uninstall the programmer app once and then reinstall it again. You can try another version, but we officially support the latest version.
