Hi Sigurd,

I just tried with the nrf7002dk_nrf5340_cpuapp instead nrf7002dk_nrf5340_cpuapp_ns and I was able to make it work.

Hi Sigurd;

FYI, I have the same thing when trying to add the NFC Reader st25r3911b.
Just adding this (below) to my overlay gets me a bus fault also, and it also seems to be caused by the TFM.

In my case I think I would need to remove the TFM

Let me know when you have some updates about this

I have looked into this and not been able to figure out what causes this.

When our developers are back after easter I will ask them about this.

Thank you for the answer.
Yes I actually know that sample.
Though I can't even add CONFIG_BT=y to my project without having the BUS_FAULT @address 0x20000000

I am assuming that this could be due to the TFM being enabled as when adding the CONFIG_BT the TFM address is changing in the SRAM

Here's without BT enabled

I tried to disable the TFM though when I do I get this error when building :
