Hi Mohamed,

It doesn't state anywhere whether negative value should be accepted or not. However, I find it reasonable that negative values don't work. The reason is because we are working with memory binaries, where everything is unsigned.

It looks like memwr does not accept negative decimal values, should it?. See error below.

nrfjprog --recover

Thank you. I tried decimal values and it worked for me too. I noticed the read always returns a Hex value.

I try to run it and it appears decimal value is supported.

C:\>nrfjprog -e

Applying system reset.

C:\>nrfjprog --memwr 0x00000008 --val 16

C:\>nrfjprog --memrd 0x00000008
0x00000008: 00000010                              |....|
