The above link has some useful information of using SDCC for nRF24LU1+. I will check on that.
As I see, nRF24L01+ responds to the commands from the MCU via SPI.

RE: RFID application.(Reader and Tag)

@awneil: We use KEIL C51 for that.

RE: RFID application.(Reader and Tag)

What compiler do you use for your 8051 examples?

RE: RFID application.(Reader and Tag)

@awneil: I am aware of SDCC but I haven't seen it worked with the nRF24LE/U or at least we haven't tested here, maybe someone else successfully managed to do I'm not sure.

RE: RFID application.(Reader and Tag)

SDCC supports 8051 and runs on Linux: sdcc.sourceforge.net/index.php

RE: RFID application.(Reader and Tag)

He said that the nRF24LU1+ is in an "RFID Tag" ...

RE: RFID application.(Reader and Tag)

Hi Pradeep,

Yes, they can talk to each other. All our nRF24L, nRF5x chip can talk to each other as they work in the same ISM band 2.4GHz.

The nRF24L01P is pretty easy to use, you can simply base on the datasheet to know how to use Shockburst protocol.

For the nRF24LU1+, we provide the nRFGo SDK with example for Enhanced Shockburst protocol. It should work out of the box.

I assume you will connect the nRF24LU1+ to a PC or something via USB when operating.

I'm not aware of something ready on Linux that you can use to compile code for the nRF24Lx.

RE: RFID application.(Reader and Tag)

As already explained in the other answers, they are radio transceivers - it is up to the system designer to choose & implement whatever protocol they wish to achieve their design goals.
