However, you can still compile your applications using nRF Connect&amp;nbsp; pluging and then open a terminal and program firmware over UART using newtmgr or mcumgr .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

We&amp;#39;ve been able to get the device manager and other IDEs to detect the COM port to the device, but the VSCode extension still seems to not be able to find it on either of our computers. I am using an HP Omen 15t with an AMD Ryzen 7 4800H, and have tried multiple different cables as well.
