Please take a look at the common FAQs for DFU blog post, where the tutorial for doing the DFU is linked. You can also find the relevant APIs inside the infocenter. Since this is based on our old SDK, I also recommend searching Devzone. There will be a lot of relevant threads.

Hi currently i am using nrf52840 ble central app ble_app_uart_c s140 latest version in this app i need to enable the DFU mode , how can i enable the DFU mode and IDE Segger Embedded Studio

I don't think I understand your query very well. Could you brief a little more on what you want to achieve? Which SDK and version are you using here? By latest version, I assume you are using nRF Connect SDK version 2.6.0. Then there is our Developer Academy course, which explains various methods to do device firmware updates.
