All the switches are in default condition and position. I had tried to reset the board manually but it failed and yes the board work properly without any issue previously.

Hi,

Have you checked that you have not accidentally pushed one of the switches on the board to some other position than default?

Have you tried to reset the board manually?

Yes I have tried different cables and other nrf52840-dk, all works well. Now what to do with this issue?

Have you tried to use several different cables?

Which application is running on your nrf52840-dk?

Is described problem recent?

Do you have any other nrf52840-dk device to test with?
