I have the nrf52840 SDK and another module that's the NPM1300 which also doesn't show to be connecting. I opened the j-link which is this little terminal & it said "

FYI, it is the connector on the bottom (short end of the DK) that is connected to the debugger. The other one should only be used if your nRF application is using the peripheral USB.

Can you please try one more thing? Try to uninstall JLink, and install an older version. I am using the version V7.88j, and that seems to work well. The reason I mention this is because I have seen some other struggling with that version in particular.

I am sorry if you have already tried this, but have you tried another USB cable? You might have a charging cable, which simply doesn't have the data lines, or you could have a proper usb cable, but the data lines may have broken. At least since you say that they used to work, I think this is worth a shot.
I've seen it connect before on VS-code but I wan't to avoid using VS-Code right now.
Does it still show up in VS Code? Or is it missing from there as well now?

Let me know if another cable works or not.

Best regards,

My mcboot loader is not showing. The J-link doesn't seem like it's working properly but I don't know anything about It.

I tried resetting the device, The bootloader is the only way I can update the sdks bin.
