I am moving our codebase up in version to 2.5.2 and am having issues compiling following the SDK install procedure on Windows 11. I am compiling for the 9160DK non secure.
The issue I am seeing is a cmake

RE: NCS 2.5.2 issue Building Cellular Examples - cve-2021-35465 compilation error

Hi Charlie you can close this ticket out. I purged my NCS and started from scratch with a manual install and all is well again. I had conflicts between multiple versions. The key step appears to have been running the zephyr\zephyr-env.cmd from within my new ncs install.

RE: NCS 2.5.2 issue Building Cellular Examples - cve-2021-35465 compilation error

Hi David,

Sorry, I delete a wrong reply which include your reply as a child reply.

I understand you are testing original samples in NCS 2.5.2. If reinstalling NCS and Toolchain do not solve the issue. It seems VS Code is the biggest suspect.

Did you tried to reinstall the nRF Connect extensions and create a new workspace to do building job? This could probably help.

Best regards,

Do you mean your current project/sample is based on NCS 1.8 and you want to port it to NCS 2.5.2?

There are several big changes from NCS 1.x to 2.x, you can refer tho Migration notes for nRF Connect SDK v2.0.0 — nRF Connect SDK 2.0.0 documentation (nordicsemi.com).

One of them is that switching from Secure Partition Manager to Trusted Firmware-M by default. Floating-Point Support give some hint about how to configure FPU support.

Best regards,
