Download the latest driver from Segger. Starting version 7.96g. The issue is fixed.

"Ask for new accessories" is only available for Macbook devices, not Mac desktop machines. I'll have to wait for Apple to push a fix for this issue.

Hi Kevin,

Could you take a look at this work-around mentioned by a Mac users community. Seems like maybe this could be due to the USB hub issues caused by MacOS 14.4 update.

Do try this and let me know how it goes.

Hi Kevin,

We don't entirely support the working on macOS 14 and this could be the reason that both of you are having similar problems on the same OS. I have anyhow alerted the issue internally and will get back to you as soon as hear form the team.
