You can reference the <a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/guides/short-range-guides/b/getting-started/posts/nrf52840-dongle-programming-tutorial">nRF52840 Dongle programming tutorial</a> on how to program it, both over USB and using J-Link. To replace the bootloader on the dongle, you will need an external J-Link debugger. If there exists Arduino-compatible bootloaders that you can flash to this board, I&#39;m not sure.
