So you need to follow this guide on adding custom clusters, or maybe you'll find this documentation more straight forward.

Go through the steps.

After a quick search on DevZone here I found this previous case in which I guy seems to work on adding the very same cluster. You can have a look at how he did it.

Cluster Id 0xFF01 Profile Id 0x0104 payload of length 61 or 28 depends on command Id.I am asking you what is api to use the registeration of callback.

It does support how they are sent, the coordinator just need to support the right clusters and EPs as well. Do you have any info about what what clusters are being used here?

So other messages work well? To me it sounds like the coordinator might not support the cluster that you need for this manufacturer specific message.

Have a look here on how to add clusters.

Are you using nRF Connect SDK for this? Just wanted to make sure as the previous nRF 5 SDK for Zigbee is deprecated. I hear that there are some that still use this.
