&lt;p&gt;From my experience view point, if you apply TELEC in the condition of the theoretical output power with - 4dB to + 0.75dB, your EUT will be approved by TELEC.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;By the way, In the case of +8dBm &amp;plusmn;4dB under the Nordic proprietary mode, the theoretical maximum RF power is 12dBm, so there is also the same problem in EN300 328.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;How about any idea for solving?&lt;/p&gt;
