Hi Hugh,

I apologize for the oversight. I was a mistake from my end as I forgot about the issue looking at other cases. I found it yesterday and understand that it is a significant mistake on my part.
Could you please provide me with an update on this issue? Are you still facing the same problem? There is a new version of nRF Connect for Desktop available please check this update. Let me know if the issue still persists.

Thanks.
The Desktop app installed from offifical installer works properly, it will NO show blank.

The bank window shows is that I build pc-nrfconnect-launcher from source code.

Environment:

1. node version: v20.12.2

2. pc-nrfconnect-launcher tag v4.4.1

Build & Run Steps:

1. npm install

2. npm run build:prod:main

3. npm run app

I am looking into this. Do you get this error when you open the Desktop app ? Is the app just blank when you open it?

1. There is an installation on my windows 11 system, the version is 4.4.1. The installer is downloaded from Nordic Offical website, the problem I met is run from source code and the code tag is V4.4.1

2. Yes, I installed command line tools, version is 10.24.1

Where did you install the nRF Connect for Desktop application from?

Did you also install the nRF Command Line Tools?

Which OS are you working on?
