SDK 8.1.0 and earlier was available online. You are not the first one to comment on this and we are reconsidering to have SDK documentation offline again. Additionally, the S130 softdevice is both BLE central and BLE peripheral enabled simultaneously for nRF51. For nRF52, the S132 has same capabilities as S130 for nRF51. S212 for nRF52 is she same as S210 for nRF51. S332 for nRF52 is BLE central + BLE peripheral + ANT enabled.
