Hi I've a side request, into the exercise I've to perform some changing into the DK programming interface through the JLink, so the question is how to restore the predefinite settings into the DK, Jlink?

I got the same problem on nRF52840. I solved this issue by adding the CONFIG_CRC=y to the prf.conf file. Without this, the CONFIG_MCUMGR_TRANSPORT_UART is n.

Please take a look at the steps mentioned here to enable DFU without entering bootloader mode and verify whether everything is correct.

I am using a custom made nRF52840 board. I set the build configuration to nrf52840dk_nrf52840 though. The toolchain version is v2.6.0 on Ubuntu. Do I need to have pm_static.yml?

What version of nRF Connect SDK are you working on?
