Hello,

How do you power the board? Is it powered by DK or external power source?

The one of the common reasons for not recovering the chip is that the reset line has been held low. Could you please check if you have reset line high on your board? Just to be sure you can connect the reset line to VDD and run the recovery again?

Hi,

I tried to recover the device.

$ nrfjprog --recover --log
Recovering device. This operation might take 30s.
[error] [ Client] - Encountered error -21: Command recover executed for 10010 milliseconds with result -21
[error] [ Worker] - 10 second timeout elapsed, no time left to wait for debug port to power up.
ERROR: Recover failed. Please make sure that the correct device family is given
ERROR: and try again.

Have you tried to erase and recover the device using nrfprog --recover ?
