Hi Maria,

Here I have tried below scenarios to establish connection to the Headset from Galaxy S24+.
A. Connection to nRF5340 from nRF connect(Galaxy S24+):

It is 4.28.0

1. Now, I have upgraded the nRF connect application(4.28.1) and now the connection has established successfully.
2. However, getting error when I am trying read the characteristics. Also, here LE audio connection has not established.
3. After disconnection, re-connection is successful.

B. Connection to nRF5340 from Bluetooth settings page (Galaxy S24+):
1. After flashing the board with the Headset application, I made connection from Bluetooth settings page and connection was successful.
2. However, when I am trying to enable LE audio from settings page for the Headset it is not failing(No error is shown on both sides).
2. After disconnection, I could not able to connect to headset again.
Note : If I reflash the board again, connection is happening.

In the logs, I can see only GATT Connection. There is Isochronous channels for LE audio transmission

Please help here to make LE audio connection. Thanks a lot 🙂 !!!

Thank you for your patience.

I have tried to reproduce this with my Pixel 7, but I am not able to. Since there has been some time from your latest reply, please let me know what the current state of your project is. Please also let me know the version of your nRF Connect for Android app. If you are still getting GATT_CONN TIMEOUT in the newest version of nRF Connect for Android (4.28.1), I will see if we have a Galaxy 24+ available to try to reproduce the issue.

Yes, CONFIG_BT_PERIPHERAL=y is enabled in application. When connection has initiated from nRF application, connection is not established with GATT_CONN_TIMEOUT.

This symbol caught my eye. Normally the headset would act as a peripheral (CONFIG_BT_PERIPHERAL=y) in the connection. Does your headset build have CONFIG_BT_PERIPHERAL enabled?
