Oh...I see, I did not program "ANT_s212_nrf52810_nrf52832_6.1.1.hex" first, so if I only program ANT_hrm, and start it, flash will be directed to 0x12000.

However, after I programmed it, it was able to make the system jump to 0x12000 whem the system was turned on, right?

If you click Erase All in SES it will also erase the softdevice, so you should only Ctrl+T, L (Download).

Maybe ANT series need bootloader write to the flash, and I didn't notice that?

I use SES programmed it before, step below

Can be programmed and run smoothly.

Earlier I used the method you mentioned.

And when I debugging, it still show "Stop by vector catch".

What does it look like if you type "nrfjprog --version" in a command line window?

Have you programmed the S212 softdevice? e.g. "nrfjprog --program s212...hex"

Thanks your information, and I update my SES to v5.42a, but cannot fix this situation.

Hello,

Can you share a picture of the DK you are using? Is this a DK made by Nordic or third party?

If you are using nRF5 SDK v17.1 you should be using SES v5.42a, see release notes:
https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/sdk_nrf5_v17.1.0/index.html

Also, you can install latest nRF Command line tools from here:
https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-tools/nRF-Command-Line-Tools/Download
