I have already tried using sniffer and wireshark in conjunction.

however,

1) The channel settings are only 37, 38, and 39 advertising channels.

I can't set up zoom to the data communication channel. Is that really the case?

Is there a way to zoom in and view the data communication channel?

2) Too much data appears, making it difficult to find.

Is it possible to filter the parts I need? BLE Name, etc.

3) Is there any data on the data packet structure of the NUS response and request of SDK 17.1.0 that I am using?
