Following the steps in the link, he was able to get it running:

While Apple works on a fix, a handful of users have had some success by changing the setting "Allow accessories to connect" to "Ask for new accessories" under the Security section of System Settings ➝ Privacy & Security.

Segger has promised a fix in a JLink release April 17th. You can download and try it SEGGER - The Embedded Experts - Downloads - J-Link / J-Trace instead. There will be a new release of nRF COnnect for Desktop soon and we will include the fixed JLink there.
