This topic is being discussed before. Quick search in this forum shows these results.

I also strongly recommend you to get a sniffer trace to see the BLE transactions in air so that we know which side of the device is not responding.

It is chinese web site, but you can check just code segment.

I am using NCS now, so you need to verify it's method by yourself.

Hi,

I suggest set up the sniffer to watch the packets, and it may give you clue.
