 This can be seen perfectly fine using nRF Connect Android App. The issue is i cant see this under windows. The windows PC has a BT 5.3 controller.

&lt;p&gt;Unfortunately the native LE support in Windows is quite limited. HID devices such as keyboards and mice will appear, but most other LE device will not unless you run a custom application on top.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For the most reliable LE performance in Windows if you are trying to do something custom I would suggest using a LE dongle (such as the nRF52840 dongle) connected over USB, and run the Bluetooth communication through that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
